Born from a "lightbulb moment" at the 2014 National Finals Rodeo, HatPac was created by actor and director Brent Walker to solve a universal problem for Western travelers: the struggle of transporting cowboy hats safely and conveniently. After five years of refining a prototype that began as a dismantled backpack and a dollar-store bowl, Walker developed a patented design that combines a rigid, protective outer shell with the modern utility of a premium travel bag.
